Double Sided Game Board, Parcheesi and Checkers

About the Item

Polychrome double sided game board. The parcheesi board is painted with six colors, including a crimson red background and yellow dividing lines with red, green, blue, and black playing areas. The opposing side is a checkboard with a crimson red and black playing service, outlined in yellow with yellow corner motifs with an applied molding. Great original surface, American, circa 1900, 18 ¾” x 18 ½” Reference” The Art of the Game by Tim Chambers and Selby Shaver, plate 65.
