Sterling Candlesticks, 1916

About the Item

We are happy to offer this pair of sterling silver candlesticks in the Plymouth pattern by Gorham Silversmiths, circa 1916. They have a scalloped base and bobeche and the body also has a scalloped design. What they lack in decoration they make up in shape; notice the tapered body, and the way the base flows out. Sleek and modern but not in a boring-silver plate way.
