Mid-Century Modern - style very large, sterling silver-mounted blue crystal match striker Sheffield, England, circa 2000, Carrs of Sheffield - makers. Matches are struck on the ribbed part of the sterling silver rim. Measures 5 1/2 inches tall x 6 inches diameter (at widest point). Beautiful color. Dark spots in photos are reflections. Excellent condition.
