Art Nouveau sterling silver bud vase. Made by George W. Shiebler & Co. in New York, circa 1890. Round and tapering body with crimped neck and wide ovalish mouth. Flowering volute-scroll wire handles applied to sides and continue scrolling and flowering on body Fully marked including maker’s stamp, "The CB Starr" stamp, and no. 5516. Weight: 6 troy ounces.
