Aage and Kasper Würtz Monumental Platter

US$2,800

About

Wed to the tradition of hand-thrown and hand-glazed ceramics, father and son Aage and Kasper Würtz create stoneware crockery and vessels that offer a warm, moody alternative to the stark white of much modernist tableware. Their designs are immensely popular among contemporary upscale Scandinavian restaurants and are a beautiful return to the form of traditional Nordic studio ceramics. Made in: Denmark, 2018 Material: glazed stoneware Size: 22.25 dia × 2.5 h in Description: Incised signature to underside: [Würtz].
