Unusual Pair of Yellow Ground Antique Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Vases
About the Item
A very unusual pair of antique English Royal Crown Derby porcelain, yellow ground covered potpourri vases, finely painted with multicolored 24-karat gold and enamel. Each finely signed inside the reticulated cover in red.
This color porcelain was apparently very difficult to achieve and to produce in Europe in the 19th century, thus them being quite rare and truly exceptional.
