This 54 pieces earthenware faience dinner service "Mistletoe" (fr: Gui) set was created by Edmond Lachenal famous french artist (1855-1955) and produced by the wellknown French Manufacture Keller et Guérin (Lunéville) 1900-1914. Light green and purple background decorated with mistletoe branches. Gold rim. Each piece is hand-decorated and is unique. Service is composed of: 12 dinner plates D 26 cm 12 soup plates D 26 cm 12 dessert plates D 22 cm 1 Soup terrine H 20 cm x 31 cm 1 Covered sauceboat H 13 cm x 25 x 16 cm 1 Oval dish 38 cm x 28 cm 1 Round dish D 29 cm 1 Round dish D 32 cm 1 Serving dish 29 cm x 16 cm 1 Vegetable terrine 16 cm x 28 cm 1 Turkey dish 41,5 cm x 21,5 cm 1 Oval dish 38 cm x 28 cm 1 Salad bowl H 10 cm D 25 cm 2 Fruit dish on stand H 15,5 cm D 26,5 cm Very elegant and rare serve to find complete. Marked beneath in blue letters: Les Annales politiques / K.G. / E. Lachenal. Good to know: this service was only sold by subscription as it was created in 1900 by the french magazine Les Annales politiques et littéraires, for its readers against subscription.
