Two English Burgess & Leigh Middleport Plates with Flow Blue Nonpareil Patterns

Two English Burgess & Leigh Middleport Nonpareil pattern flow blue plates from the late 19th, early 20th century, with outdoor scenery and gold rim. They are priced and sold individually. Born in the Middleport pottery during the turn of the century and created by Burgess & Leigh, each of these two flow blue plates feature the "Nonpareil" pattern depicting an outdoor scenery, accented with buildings, characters and abundant foliage. The scalloped edges are delicately highlighted by a discreet gilt rim. Presenting its printed mark in the back indicating the years of production between 1889 and 1919, each of these two Burgess & Leigh Middleport flow blue plates will bring a touch of elegance to any living room, dining room or kitchen area. Each plate is priced $225.
