A Minton Majolica Oyster plate with a central well glazed in pink and encircled by a band glazed in cobalt blue surrounded by yellow flowers, against a further cobalt blue glazed ground, the oyster wells and cracker well glazed in turquoise blue, impressed Minton, shape number 18 with Minton date code mark for 1884. In excellent antique condition, with no damage, repair, or restoration. For over 28 years we have been among the Nation’s preeminent specialists in fine antique majolica.
