J. Roth London Majolica Taza, with Greek key boarder in pink on cobalt blue, with green leaf and ferns and wild roses, English, circa 1880, on a footed circular base, incised monogram to reverse, 'JRL' for John Roth, London. For over 28 years we have been among the nation's preeminent specialists in fine antique Majolica. In excellent antique condition, with no damage, repairs or restoration. Typical crazing. The three spur marks to reverse are where the kiln stilts were removed after the piece was fired. This was done in the making and is not damage. Measurements: Diameter 10 x height 2 inches.
