Shallow porcelain bowl with turquoise and green multi-chromatic glaze by Austrian born and educated ceramist Friedl Holzer-Kjellberg. One of the first artists-in-residence at Finland's Arabia factory, Kjellberg's career spanned the years 1924-1970, including a stint as head of Arabia's art department. She was known for hand-made pieces such as this and for her rice porcelain series in white. Marked "Arabia" and "FHK."
