An American silver plated "Tells You How" cocktail recipe shaker. With a rotating band showing each cocktails name along the rim and the ingredients needed through windows on the body. Designed by Le Roy H Fontan for The Napier Co. Meriden, Ct. Marked on bottom. An early 'patent pending' version.
