About the Item

Set of 3 large vintage ceramic 'Paprika' vases by Swedish designer Anna-Lisa Thomson. Unglazed dark brown textured ceramic covered with contrasting glazed leaves. Thomson designed the 'Paprika series' in 1948-51 for the ceramics company Upsala Ekeby in Sweden, the series consists of vases, bowls and plates and was only produced for a few years.
