A pair of Victorian silver-plated and cut-glass vases by Joseph Rodgers & Sons. With marks for Joseph Rodgers & Son. Sheffield. Each vase having a cut-glass trumpet stem, the circular bases on openwork acanthus feet and lion-head supports supporting the stem. English, Circa 1900. Joseph Rodgers & Sons was an important English firm of cutlers and silversmiths, which reached the height of its success in the 19th Century.
