American Arts & Crafts movement pair of vases in copper-clad ceramic, created by American metal-smith Charles Walter Clewell (1876-1965) in the United States in the 1900s. Clewell was known for developing a secret technique for completely covering the exterior of a vase with a metal coating. This pair of vases is in remarkable vintage condition.
