A decorative black and gold ceramic lidded jar. A lovely catchall jar and can double as a contemporary vase. Waylande Gregory Studios was founded by Gregory’s great-grandnephew, Bryan Downey, and fashion entrepreneur Mickey Rosarin. The Studios create decorative porcelains and ceramics designed by Waylande Gregory, one of the leading modernist artists of the 20th century and the developer of revolutionary glazing techniques that were adapted by NASA to put a man on the moon.
