First quality 8" Moorcroft Pottery in Queens Choice large ginger jar, 769/8 by Emma Bosson, circa 2000 in excellent condition. Produced by the renowned Moorcroft Pottery in Stoke on Trent England, signed and dated by Emily Bosson along with Moorcroft marks. The "Queen's Choice" design with its succulent grapes, ripe figs and peaches was inspired by Titania’s words in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. Queens choice has arguably become one of the most admired Moorcroft designs of all time.
