Violin and Cigar Box Sculpture
About the Item
Assemblage sculpture inspired by the Little Red Riding Hood fairytale. An old photo of the child in bed with the big bad wolf is central in the composition, in a shadow box-like hollowed out violin. The sculpture rests on an old cigar box, painted and collaged. The back of the violin is shrouded in a vintage christening gown. Title is Loss of Innocence.
