American shellwork standing mirror in the form of a Harp, circa 1885 The unusual 19th century American shellwork standing mirror is in the form of a harp. The mirror is decorated with a mosaic of a delightful variety of naturally colored shells such as whelks, little slippers, coquinas, and clams along with bits of coral. The harp rests upon an ebonized plinth. Dimensions: 16 inches wide x 19.75 inches High x 7 inches deep.
