A charming Italian 19th century white Carrara marble statue of a young boy. The boy is raised by a circular base seeming to be slightly irritated by the fact that his belt has fallen. While standing and clenching his wrists out of frustration, he is stepping atop of it. Wearing a garment that is being held at this point only by a strap around his shoulder, his garment is flowing around his legs. Wonderful expression and subject.
