19th Century Italian Neoclassical Style Specimen Marble Busts of Caesars

About the Item

Incredible hand carved 19th century Italian specimen marble busts of Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony. The life like faces are impeccably carved in white marble. These truly stunning busts were clearly carved by a master artisan. Take special note of the depth in the facial features from the stern brow to the dimples in the chins followed by the ears and flowing hair. The chests are carved in a specimen green marble and show the generals in their military uniforms. The bases are in rouge and sienna colors.
