Large Vintage Hand-Crafted & Signed Mixed Media Zebra Sculpture
About the Item
This large and substantial zebra sculpture was made by Monica Oliver, and unknown artist, in 1990 in a modern realistic style. The sculpture appears to be composed of various materials such as paper mache, fiberglass and resin and hand-painted. The sculpture is quite detailed and presume it was made for a commercial installation or display. The sculpture weighs approximately thirty pounds and is well suited for indoor use. The sculpture is signed and dated on the underside of the zebra's hind quarter. Please note we do have another similar sculpture posted done in the same manner and size that has a deep depression in the middle of it that could function as a planter box.
