Steve Tobin created his original root sculpture For St Paul's Chapel in NYC. The 10 foot bronze was based on a sycamore tree root. The tree was known as the tree that saved St Paul's Chapel as it took the brunt of damage from the debris of the September 11 World Trade Center Attack. This example is a table-top form.
