Large contemporary white ceramic coral sculpture. The organic forms and rich textures express the intense beauty of nature. Springing from a textured base, three white coral branches topped with brown anemones appear to sway in the ocean currents.
Rich variations in tone, from the deep undertones of the beige stoneware to the pale creamy whites, vibrate with the textural depth of the piece. The artist works in stoneware, patiently coiling the raw clay higher and higher, coaxing it to grow under her expert hands.
