Romantic Georgian snuff or patch box made in Bilston, England, circa 1770-1780. This lovely box is enamel painted on copper and decorated with a bird and the saying "My love is Pure and will Endure." Surely a gift to one's sweetheart. It measures 1 1/2" wide by 7/8" high by 1 1/4" deep.
