Eye-catching and colorful Murano hand blown green, yellow and white Italian art glass large geode bowl or ashtray. Attributed to designer Alfredo Barbini, Italy, 1950s.
This large geode bowl has amazing shape and colors using the Sommerso techique. Green glass over white glass and red-garnet glass at the interior part.
Place it alone or with other Murano glass bowls as a collection creating a colorful display on a low table.
Useful as decorative bowl, rings bowl, vide-poche or candy bowl.
