Indian Antique Large Ceremonial Hand Crafted Copper Yoni

About the Item

A large and rare antique Indian copper Yoni Shiva Lingam Ceremonial water Vessel dating from the 19th century. The Yoni represents the Hindu goddess Shakti and is a symbol of divine feminine procreative energy and the sanctity of female sexual organs. This large Yoni vessel is heavily made in copper with a hand hammered and oval shaped lower body and with a long raised open spout. With a wonderful unpolished aged patina and a rare find in this large size. The Yoni is offered in good original condition with some typical internal wear associated with age and use.
