Circa 1967 France Carré Hermès or scarf entitled "Brides de Gala" (Gala Bridles) with vermilion red edges and blue Prussian and gold designs. Designed by Hugo Grygkar whose first edition was released in 1957, it is probably the 1967 edition. Printed fluid silk serge and hand-topstitched edges. Patterns representing gray bridles adorned with golden elements representing richness or royalty. Label Hermes at the bottom center indicating "Brides de Gala by Hermès Paris". Carré very clean, no trace of use. Very good condition of color and conservation. Rating mentioned Rare Enough and Sought-after on "Carré d'art d'Hermès" by Geneviève Fontan at ARFON 2017 on page 50. Dimensions : 83 cm x 88 cm
