Studio MRS is a boutique residential interiors firm based in Manhattan and helmed by lawyer-turned-decorator Michelle R. Smith. The firm specializes in interior furnishings and complete renovations.

Before opening Studio MRS in 2012, Smith trained under "AD100" interior designer and architect Daniel Romualdez.

Michelle's focus is on understanding how her clients will live in each and every one of their spaces. With this focus in mind, she creates comfortable, classic homes with an eye toward fixtures and finishes that will last and improve with time.

Born in South Louisiana, Smith splits her time between Clinton Hill, Brooklyn and Sag Harbor, NY.
