Anton Buschelberger

Anton Buschelberger came from a family of artists. His father was a sculptor. Like Rembrandt Bugatti, who visually captured his models from the Antwerp zoo, Buschelberger used the Dresden Zoo as his school. He studied the animals intensely and filled countless sketch books with designs for his bronze sculptures.
