The full size outdoor sculpture of 'The Last Two' can be found at St Kilda Beach, Melbourne and depicts the last two Northern White Rhinos on the planet. The hippo may be endangered, but there is hope yet! Even though it is tied down, struggling against the threats of mankind destroying their habitats, it will not give up. Through conservation efforts, the hippo can move from the darkness of endangerment into the light and carefree rein of a stable population, just like this hippo has done. With a smile on it’s face it is slowly leaving the dark blue behind and transforming into a brilliant aqua, finally escaping its bonds.
