Not mounted. "Renée's Dream XV (Days of Heaven)" by Stefanie Schneider is a captivating black and white Polaroid artwork that transports viewers to a surreal and haunting dreamscape. This piece is part of the larger 29 Palms, CA project and was created in 2006. In the foreground of the photograph, a woman is seen riding a horse bareback. The horse is facing the camera, and the woman's presence on its back adds a sense of both vulnerability and power. It's a striking image that conveys a connection between the woman and the horse, and it hints at a deeper narrative. To the left and center of the composition, two young men stand.
