About the Item
ABOUT THIS ARTIST: Neal Grundy is a freelance photographer with almost 20 years experience. He studied at Falmouth College of Arts in Cornwall, UK. Neal is adept in a range of lens based media but specialises in still life and freeze motion photography. Through his professional and client focused approach, Neal creates beautiful images of the highest quality in a multitude of styles. His work has been commissioned and published worldwide and has attracted international acclaim. At first glance of the Fabric forms series, the viewer may believe they are seeing a solid object dancing. In reality, the image captures a fabric in ‘mid-flight’. The sculpture exists for a split second in time; once photographed, it is otherwise lost forever, never to be re-created.
ADDITIONAL SIZES AND FRAMING: Additional sizes are available. Please inquire for more information on larger sizes. We offer fully archival professional framing for all prints for an additional cost. Framing is available in white, black or natural wood and prints can be framed either with or without a mat board. We also offer face mounting to plexiglas. Please inquire for pricing and more details on our framing.
PACKAGING: 30x40" and 40x60" prints are shipped in a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed 30x40" prints are shipped via FedEx in a bespoke cardboard box with a fitted interior armature for the frame. We do not frame the extra large, 40x60" print sizes because they are too large to ship without risking damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship unframed prints internationally via DHL. The international shipping cost does not include the tax & duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, because of the high shipping cost we do not ship framed prints internationally at this time.

- Large Vintage Photograph Polaroid Transfer Photo Print Gardens Versailles ParisBy David AschkenasLocated in Surfside, FLLarge scale print, 24 X 36 inches. Framed to 29.5 X 41.5. This was described as Polaroid transfer print. It has the feel of a Frisson print. It is hand signed in pencil and dated. It is done in a sepia color tone. The color might have possibly shifted a bit. They are moody atmospheric pieces. These are outside Paris, I believe at Versailles. David Aschkenas is a self-taught photographer making fine art and freelance photography for the past 25 years. He has been the recipient of grants from the NEA and the Polaroid Corporation. He makes photographs for corporations and editorial clients around the world. Aschkenas has been a photographer in Pittsburgh for 30 years, specializing in editorial and fine art photography (he shot Richard Serra's Tilted Arc in the early 1980's) Inspired by Weegee, James Van Der Zee...Category
