Instability 2 - Painting by Salvatore Travascio - 2003

2003

About the Item

Instability 2 is an original painting realized by the Italian artist Salvatore Travascio in 2003. This is a modular piece, made up of 3 acrylic paintings on wooden panels. Perfect conditions. What has motivated the artist for many years is his interest in investigating the relation that man has with himself, with others, and with the surrounding world, as well as his interest in the way man has of perceiving himself and the others, and in how all this affects his evolution. This study ended up in artworks that aim at destructuring, destabilizing, and shattering a static and known perception in order to foster a new and unexpected one.
