Philip Burke is the artist who creates the oil paintings that are featured on the covers of Rolling Stone, The New York Observer, The New Yorker, Suddeutcher Zeitung, Vogue, GQ and Time. Most of the original oil paintings are purchased from Burke by the subjects themselves.
