Shaoul’s “My Heart Collection” is a vibrant and energetic display of love encapsulated in these miniature hearts, leaving us with impressions of color and impasto paint effortlessly. Having built a diverse body of work since her early career ranging from portraits to abstract paintings of the universe, today Cindy's works exhibit a more impressionistic technique. She is mostly known for her consistent impressionistic street scenes which resemble the Ashcan school, depicting old cars on the road during the early 20th Century. She is also known for her figures wearing gowns glorifying the world of fashion and feminity. Her whimsicality is precious, leaving much room for nostalgia in her works. For more than a decade her works have been a part of several important Exhibitions throughout New York City. Her works are part of private collections including ‘Dr. Issac Shohar’ and ‘Zion Yakabov’ in Tel Aviv, Israel, and ‘Alex Acevedo’ on Madison Ave., New York.
PROVENANCE: Lilac Gallery Collection. This original artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the Gallery. The piece is signed by the artist and stamped from Lilac Gallery on its verso.
