Wonderful mid 19th Century painting of a stable's interior with two horses, stable hand, two spaniels, a rooster and ducks from a follower of John Frederick Herring, Sr. (British, 1795 - 1865). Unsigned. Condition: Good; painting has been relined onto masonite and shows previous restoration work. Presented in substantial gilt-toned wood and gesso fair condition frame of early 20th Century. Image size: 28"H x 36"W. Framed size: 47"H x 39"W x 3.5"D.
