A narrative of jostling horses and riders emerge from a tangle of acrylic and ink in this dynamic painting by Andrew Lui.
Born in China, Lui made his way to Canada where he studied at the Ontario College of Art. He completed additional studies in the UK and Italy. In Florence, he was drawn to the dynamic Uccello's Battle of San Romano (c. 1456).
