This drawing depict an "all'antico" frieze characterized by a decoration with putti (an allegory of the four season, as we can deduce by their attributes) and a central clipeus with two figures (one is portayed with the blessing gesture while the other is holding)
It's hard to tell if it's a study of an exhisting piece of if it's an invention "pastiche" based on ancient characteristics. However, those symbolism was very common in earlt christian sarcofagi.
