Fair conditions: a rip on the upper left corner and a missing corner on the upper right.
Beautiful artwork representing a scene during the insurrection of Vendéenne. The work represents several soldiers on the lower margin and a desolated landscape with a tower on the right side. The work has been realized with a fresh and rapid stroke and the perspective is realized with a soft contrast and thin strokes.
