John Burgess (1814-1874) - Original 1855 Watercolour. With body colour. An impressive watercolour with body colour by John Burgess. This painting is not signed but there is an original inscription of artist and title fixed to the reverse. Presented in an impressive gilt frame with decorative mouldings to corners. In fine condition. There is a loss to the decorative moulding on the frame's lower left corner, otherwise in fine condition.
